To confirm an e-mail or phone booking a deposit of 25% payable in Euros must be received within 7 days.
The balance is due not later than 8 weeks before you arrive.
Should you need to cancel your reservation more than 8 weeks before your arrival, then your deposit will be forfeited, if you need to cancel after payment of the full amount, we will try to find other clients, and in that event, we will refund the balance less a 20% administration charge.
We recommend that you effect a holiday insurance to cover cancellations and your stay .
